What is a CSA?

CSA is Community Supported Agriculture.

Join our 2024 maple syrup CSA to purchase a ‘share’ in our small farm and receive a one time, seasonal share of our 2024 maple syrup four bottle flight at a 15% discount. CSA members are also welcome to enjoy a 10% discount online or in person all year while 2024 maple supplies last. Your early investment in our farm allows us to purchase new equipment, upgrade infrastructure and focus our energy on making the most delicious and delightful maple syrup instead of searching for new markets or customers later in the season.

This CSA is one way to support our small farm as well as a growing and sustainable food system in the Hudson Valley. It's also a great way to develop a relationship with our farm. We encourage CSA members to visit the farm during our open houses and at CSA pick up times to learn more about our maple production and low-impact farming practices.

Shares available for delivery or pickup after May 2024 on our farm, The Cold Spring, Beacon, or John Jay Homestead Farmers’ Markets, or shipped directly to your home.
