What is a CSA?

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a partnership between farmers and consumers, where members purchase a "share" of the farm’s seasonal harvest or products in advance. By joining our CSA, you become part of our farm family, supporting local agriculture and helping us grow a sustainable, resilient Hudson Valley food system.

Your early investment helps us improve our farm's infrastructure, purchase new equipment, and focus on crafting the finest wood-fired maple syrup. Joining our CSA means you’re not just supporting our farm, but also contributing to a sustainable and growing food system in the Hudson Valley.

We welcome CSA members to visit us during open houses or pick-up times to learn more about our maple production, low-impact farming practices, and how we’re working to nurture the land and forest.

Shares available for delivery or pickup after May 2026 at our farm, The Cold Spring or Beacon Farmers’ Markets, or shipped directly to your home.
