FERMENTATION FESTIVAL 2026
Join us for our 2026 Hudson Valley Fermentation Festival, where you can explore a lively Tasting Market, filled with local producers of fermented food and beverages. From sour pickles and indulgent cheeses to chocolate, spirits and wine, discover and celebrate the diversity and gut-goodness of fermented creations!
Don't miss the opportunity to participate in a workshop, demo, or talk, led by producers and experts in fermentation, including our keynote speaker Kirsten Shockey, fermentation expert and teacher, entrepreneur, bestselling author of Homebrewed Vinegar and Fermented Vegetables and founder of The Fermentation School.
We'll have live music all day, and we'll be serving up wood-fired pizza, burgers and bbq.
Keynote by Kirsten Shockey will be at 3:15pm, and is included with all Tasting Market Tickets (GA & VIP).
